FOR those few who missed it the first time around, or the many thousands who will surely want to savour it again, the extravaganza that was OOMF! is having a video re-run this weekend.
Oxfordshire's Own Millennium Festival, OOMF! for short, amazed a crowd of 50,000 in South Park, Oxford on July 1 when the results of months of hard work from designers, community groups, artists, children and musicians unfolded in front of their eyes.
Now a video, produced by footage shot on the night by Oxford Film and Video Makers and Oxford Amateur Video Society has been produced, which portrays the build-up, the processions from across the city and catches all the drama of the hour-long finale.
It is being screened at The Oxford Playhouse in Beaumont Street at 3.30pm on Sunday.
Tickets, which are 5 with 2.50 concessions, can be bought from The Oxford Playhouse box office on 01865 798600.
Copies of the video, photographs, the Symphony in Morris Minor CD and souvenir T-shirts will also be on sale.
