Southern Counties North match report
An impressive performance by the pack, with Mark Malins dominant in the line-outs, ensured an 18-3 victory for Bicester at home to Bletchley.
Neil Smith, whose tactical kicking prowess was a key factor in the conditions, landed a penalty goal after eight minutes to give Bicester an interval lead.
Despite playing uphill, Bicester had the advantage of a strong wind behind them in the second half and scored tries through skipper Martin Ewins and Chris Austin, who gathered Smith's grubber kick to go over for a spectacular effort.
Smith converted one and sealed victory with a late penalty, while Bletchley replied with a single penalty.
