Bosses at Nuffield Press in Abingdon have bought the 75-year-old firm in a management buyout led by managing director Peter Kennerley and finance director Paul Wilson, writes David Duffy.
John Brandon, managing director of HSBC Ventures, which provided the 850,000 finance, said: "Nuffield has a great reputation for service and providing high quality products to its many blue-chip clients.
"It was a pleasure to complete our 50th investment with such a well regarded company."
Mr Kennerley added: "The buyout went very smoothly and we are now well positioned for further growth.
"We already have a carefully planned programme of investment in human and capital resources."
