Looking after people's bodies is a lucrative business for Pilates instructor Dinah Siman from Witney.
Pilates, the latest exercise craze, is a form of exercise which concentrates on the body's core strength. By locating and isolating individual muscle groups Pilates teaches how to control and balance the body.
Dinah has spent 18 years in the dance and fitness industry and has taught in Oxford, London and Tokyo. She said this was the third resurgence of Pilates and the refreshed interest was proving good for business.
She teaches seven classes a week and also looks after the Oxford University Cricket Team.
She said: "There is a huge demand for Pilates instruction, but there are only so many hours in the day. I think it has become so popular because people have become more aware about exercise and are prepared to spend time on their bodies.
