Youngsters with special learning needs will soon have the world of information technology at their fingertips.

New computers and software are on the shopping list at the Ormerod School in Waynflete Road, Headington, Oxford, with both senior and junior pupils set to benefit.

The chance to develop new skills comes thanks to the generosity of the charitable foundation Mysis, whose local director Nigel Talbot-Rice visited the school with an early Christmas present a 5,000 cheque.
