Event management company Corporate Innovations is set to take on 12 new staff following a takeover by a London business, writes David Duffy.
Corporate Innovations Company, of Hightown Road, Banbury, has 25 staff, led by newly-promoted managing director David Watt.
The company devises events from conferences and exhibitions to sponsorship support for clients mainly in the IT and telecoms sectors.
The firm has been bought by Wembley Event Management Services, a division of Wembley plc.
Mr Watt, 30, who joined CI four years ago, said: "This is a tremendous boost for us and will allow us to continue with our growth and service development while retaining our own name and independence."
