Since breaking out on Broadway in 1972, the musical Grease has entertained millions. Set in the 1950s this is a musical love story bursting with denim, leather, fast cars, slick hairstyles and raging teenage hormones. It's the show which gives us songs like You're The One That I Want, Sandy and Grease is the Word.
Steven Houghton (from TV's London's Burning) takes on the role of the hip-shaking, cocky Danny Zuko, a part that has been played in the past by Paul Nicholas, Craig Mclachlan, Luke Goss, Shane Richie, and John Travolta. Irene Warren plays the 'real square' beauty Sandy Dumbrowski.
