Didcot remain the only unbeaten side in the Premier Division thanks to a battling display against mid-table Yate.
On a very heavy pitch, Didcot took the lead in the fifth minute when an inswinging corner from Rod Dorrian was headed firmly home by Andy Marriott.
Yate levelled shortly before the break as Andy Neal's cross was met by a thumping diving header from Martin Boyle.
Despite plenty of endeavour from both sides in the second half, neither could add to the scoring and Didcot were grateful to keeper Alex Deadman for two memorable saves from Boyle.
