Youngsters under the age of five are spoiled for choice at a new toy library.
The venture, backed by a 1,000 grant from the Co-op's Community Partners Scheme, was launched at the Ace Centre, in Burford Road, Chipping Norton.
A fee of 6 for six months allows members parents and carers with their young charges to rent toys free for a fortnight.
"We have every sort of toy imaginable for pre-schoolchildren," said outreach worker Lesley Rollinson.
The new library is taking over where the Lollipop toy library left off in the town, more than two years ago.
It is also using some of the toys left over from that time.
Ms Rollinson added: "We have been very lucky to have a really enthusiastic group of parents and carers who have been instrumental in getting this project up and running.
She added that the Chipping Norton library had been modelled on a similar successful one at Witney.
"Now we need to keep up the momentum, Ms Rollinson said.
"We are always going to need volunteers to run the library, as well as undertake fundraising when our grant runs out, she added.
Call Ms Rollinson on 01608 644440 if you can help run the library.
