Catering staff at RAF Brize Norton have won two awards for their high standards.
They are the first RAF catering organisation to be presented with the prestigious award of the British Standards Institute as well as receiving a food hygiene and safety prize from West Oxfordshire District Council.
The base has five separate catering outlets including messes for officers, sergeants and junior ranks to provide food for about 4,000 people.
It also has the Gateway Hotel and in-flight catering which provides catering and accommodation for about 200,000 passengers.
