Is the 10/10a bus really the worst in Oxford? Are there others out

there who are fed up with their time being wasted by an uncaring

company?

In my experience, individual complaints to Stagecoach do little to

improve this non-service, and tackling the poor drivers is pointless as

it's seldom their fault (and they wouldn't own up if it was!).

What we need to do is document how bad it really is and take our

complaints to the top - the company chairman will do. . .

We need someone with a bit of spare time to collect data and co-ordinate

a campaign. I'd love to do it, but I already have 2 jobs, one full-time

and one part-time, on top of being a mother and housewife (hence why I

resent any more of my time being wasted hanging round waiting for a bus

that might not turn up at all).

Is there anybody out there willing to do something? Or shall we just

carry on grumbling at each other through chattering teeth at bus stops?
