Two men are being hunted by police after mugging a man.
The victim was in Tamar Way, Didcot, at 9.20pm on Monday, when the offenders threatened him and hit him over the head.
They took his wallet, which contained a small quantity of cash and personal effects, before driving off in a dark-coloured Vauxhall Nova in the direction of Abingdon Road.
A blue Vauxhall Nova was stolen from the Wood Street car park in Wallingford between 8pm and 9pm that evening and police believe this car may have been involved in the robbery.
Police also believe that the theft of a red Ford Ka from Plym Drive in Ladygrove, Didcot, may be linked to these crimes. This car was stolen just after 7.30pm on Tuesday.
WPc Georgina Bradley, of Didcot CID, said: "Although we need witnesses for the thefts of the two cars, the most serious offence was the robbery.
"If anybody saw this incident or saw a dark-coloured Nova being driven erratically round the estate they should contact us straight away."
The first offender is a white man in his late teens, 5ft 8ins tall, of slim build, wearing a dark-coloured jacket and a scarf around his face.
The second offender is also white and in his teens, 5ft 10ins tall, slim and wearing a light-coloured jacket. He also had a scarf around his face.
Call Didcot CID on 01235 516852 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111 if you can help.
