Prince of Wales remain top of Section 2 in the Blackbird Leys League with a 6-0 win over Victory Trains.
Tom Hartnett led the way with 14 dolls, including a six, and was well supported by Dave Adams with 13.
Another 13 man was Dave Goatley for Blackbird Leys A, yet his side lost out to their B side 4-2.
Derek Young hit a six, but it was not good enough as Garsington Sports lost to The Exiles 4-2.
Bernard Crooks's 12 dolls for Exiles, including a six, could not stop Boyz winning 4-2 in the DC Wright (Headington) Invitation League.
Last year's champions Cricketers started their defence of the Tavern Gladiators Indoor League with a shaky 4-2 win over The Shelley.
Consistent throwing from Exiles saw them off to a good start against Gladiators with Jim Cross leading the way with 14 dolls (5-5-4). He was ably supported by Billy Trinder's 13 (4-5-4).
It looks like being a very close league this year as many of the top players in Oxford have chosen to go to the Gladiators on Friday nights.
