Old Headington won 3-1 at home to Barton with goals from Paul Tucker, Tom Rowland and Jimmy Crawford.
In Division 1, David Anderson grabbed a hat-trick in Oxford Community Church's 5-0 win over Union Street with all the goals coming in the second half.
Paul Wildman and Matt Wilton were also on target for Church, who were inspired by substitute midfielder Andy Noades.
