A man accused of unlawfully killing a father-of-four appeared in court for the second time.
Timothy Deasy, 26, of Tangemere Close, Bicester, was charged following the death of Ernest Barry, of Longlands, Stratton Audley, on November 11.
Mr Barry died after an argument outside the the White Horse pub, in Churchill Road, Bicester.
Deasy faces two further charges of assaulting Guilio Viglieno and Rachel Middle- koop the same evening.
Deasy appeared before Bicester Magistrates' Court on Tuesday after appearing before Banbury magistrates last week.
He was remanded in custody and will return to Bicester Magistrates' Court on December 12.
