A man accused of unlawfully killing a father-of-four appeared in court for the second time.

Timothy Deasy, 26, of Tangemere Close, Bicester, was charged following the death of Ernest Barry, of Longlands, Stratton Audley, on November 11.

Mr Barry died after an argument outside the the White Horse pub, in Churchill Road, Bicester.
