Ken Barrett, chairman of the Morrells Oxford League, is through to the first round of the league's men's individual championship.
Barrett, representing the Democrats Club, saw off Watermans' Alan Seaman 2-0 at the Shelley, going through 10,740-2,070 on aggregate.
A fine performance by South Oxford's John Patey saw him overcome Royal Standard's Terry Coleman 2-0 for a 7,290-3,090 aggregate win.
Gary Johnson knocked out Tony Harvey 2-0, and included a break of 14,130 in his 17,610-2,350 victory.
At the Black Boy, Headington, Maxi McDonnell edged out Bob Allsworth 6,680-5,790 on aggregate after a 1-1 draw.
Democrats' Robin Godfrey defeated Paul Lawson 7,940-3,360, and Dave Tooke gained a mighty scalp by knocking out Masons' Dave Rose 5,880-4,740.
In the Alan Wilmer Cup, Viking Sports Club moved into the second round after thrashing Crown 5-0 in their re-arranged fixture.
Tony Smith (8,720) and Roy Clough (6,250) were the top-scorers.
