The rural setting of a school and its international links are illustrated on a wall hanging made to mark the Millennium.
Hagbourne Primary School's 'adopted' cat is also represented on the collage made by designer Brenda Clare and the chairman of governors Monica Lawson.
Mrs Clare, of Hagbourne, said the project took about two months to complete using a variety of materials including leather strips and shoe laces to depict the fence.
Headmaster Richard Jones, who appears in the collage with the children, said: "It is a wonderful wall hanging for the school hall."
Mrs Lawson is also busy with another Millennium project Diary of Hagbourne School covering its history from when the school first opened in 1873. The book is due to be published early next year.
The book project is being funded with a grant of 3,780 by Age Concern, through the Millennium Commission, with proceeds from the National Lottery.
