Billy Trinder bagged a baker's dozen (3-5-5) as The Exiles beat Prince of Wales 4-2 and remain top of Section 1 of the Blackbird Leys Indoor League.

He was supported by Roger Goodall who hit a round dozen.

Garry Rees was another who hit 13, but his side, The Bird, lost out 4-2 to hosts Blackbird Leys A, and Phil Wilkins also hit 13 as Garsington Sports blew away Victory Trains 6-0.

Phil Adams, with 15 dolls, led Headington Beds to a 4-2 win over Exiles in the Tavern Gladiators League.

In Section 2, 13 dolls (4-5-4) from Bob Butler was not enough as Pips, led with a six from Tony Barrett, completed a 4-2 victory over Gladiators. Tony Thomas also scored 12 dolls (4-4-4) for Pips.

Eleven dolls from L Brandon could not stop Six Bells losing 5-1 to conners in the DC Wright (Headington Ltd) Invitation League. Youngster Chris Holton's ten dolls helped Outsiders defeat Exiles 4-2.
