Work to complete Oxford United's half-built new stadium at Minchery Farm is now well under way.

Contractors Birse have been stripping down and making the site safe, before the main workforce arrives.
Work on the 15,000-seater stadium has been at a standstill for nearly four years after previous contractors walked away in a row over payment.
Now it is full steam ahead to get the troubled stadium up and running in time for the start of next season in August. Project manager Les McGill, pictured, said demolition work was necessary on a small part on the south stand because it was no longer safe.
Large numbers of workmen are due on the site before Christmas when preliminary work is completed.
The stadium will be linked to a leisure complex, including a multiplex cinema.
