The leagues' representative side were on top form when they crushed the Cheltenham League 8-0 at Fairford Town's ground.
Will Rhind (Easington Sports), Michael Wyatt (Bicester Colts) and Darren Smith (Tower Hill) all hit two goals, with Johnny Embra (Easington Sports) and James Baldock (Moretonville) notching the other two.
In the league, Tower Hill Stars Under 14s produced a stunning second-half performance to beat Chipping Norton Swifts 12-4 in the Knockout Cup.
Chippy had shown great spirit in the opening half, coming from behind four times to go in at the break tied at 4-4.
But in a remarkable turn-around, Tower were firing on all cylinders after the interval, and scored a further eight goals to storm into the second round.
Liam Hope led the way with four goals, Nick Allinson and Neil Rose both smashed a brace, with one goal apiece from Andy Lynch, Christian Perkins, Martin Bull and Darren Smith.
Bloxham Under 12s lost for the first time this season, going down 4-2 at Moretonville despite goals from Gavin Connor and Osohan Osula.
