Oracle D, from Division 3, caused the biggest upset in the Oxford League's Bint Cup by beating their Division 1 stablemates Oracle B 3-2 to reach the semi-finals.
Ted Milsom put the D side ahead as he beat Ray Benwell by an aggregate of 12 points. Andy Benwell then levelled the match with a 24-point win over Dave Noake.
John Allen then extended the aggregate advantage to 29 points, leaving Carl Adcock needing to win the final frame by 30 points or more.
