City of Oxford gave their hopes of staying up in the Middlesex, Berks, Bucks & Oxon Regional section of the South League a boost with a 3-3 draw at PHC Chiswick.
Chiswick had won in Oxford before Christmas, but a Richard Lloyd equaliser five minutes from time earned City a valuable point from the return.
Chiswick went in front from a short corner when a shot struck the post and was deflected in.
City equalised with a ferocious direct shot from Tony Silman at a short corner and early in the second half free-scoring Simon Harrison made it 2-1.
City then conceded two goals in quick succession, the first from open play when a rebound was tucked away, and the second when they capitalised on a defensive blunder.
But Lloyd levelled from open play with time running out to leave City happy.
Abingdon thrashed Bracknell 8-0 at Tilsley Park, Banbury defeated British Airways 2-1, but Bicester lost 1-0 at home to Amersham.
Other scores: City 2nd 2 (P Hulcup 2), PHC Chiswick 2nd 0; L Buzzard 3rd 4, City 3rd 3 (B Abbot, A Small, J Cottam); Barnes Vets 4, City Bulls 2 (G Green, D Newton).
