Renowned cup fighters Littlemore reached their first semi-final for 14 seasons with a convincing win over Chipping Norton from a division higher.
The heavy morning rain meant the main pitch at Peers was unplayable, so the match was played on the slightly smaller adjacent pitch which suited the tight game plan of the home side.
In their most complete performance of the season, the strong Littlemore pack controlled possession, with experienced No 8 Dick
Rudman orchestrating things from the back of the scrum.
Following Aaron Tustin's penalty for Chipping Norton, Littlemore scored a try through Rudman from a rolling maul, Warburton converting.
Chippy, playing without their four players on duty for Oxfordshire Under 20s, responded with a try by Jason Gillett, converted by Tustin, to lead 10-7 at the break.
Littlemore's forward dominance started to tell in the second half, with lock Darren Springer and prop Carl Wright adding further tries from drives in the 22.
Winger Jason Low forced himself over in the corner, and then captain Paul Goodenough broke away from a ruck to put scrum half Johnny Williams under the posts. Warburton added two more conversions.
Chippy, who were frustrated by finding the tight pitch clogged up with "slow lolloping forwards impersonating centres," had the last word when they ran a sequence of penalties to put Tustin over for a try in the corner.
