Vicky Mankelow's late equaliser gave Rover Oxford Ladies a 1-1 draw at third-placed Maidenhead in the South League.
Maidenhead took the lead in the 25th minute.
But Rover equalised with three minutes to go when Mankelow made sure Emily Malden's strike went in.
West Witney won 2-0 at struggling Epsom
Witney took the lead whenSue Roberts found Sally Hartwelland she beat her marker before shooting home.
Witney's second goal came from Adele Butler from Sue Roberts' pass.
Oxford Hawks put one over local rivals West Witney 2nd with a 4-0 victory in Division 1 of the Trysports Three Counties League.
Jill Ireland fired Hawks ahead midway through the first half.
Witney were then reduced to ten players after Penny Demczak had to go off with a fractured finger, and Hawks' second goal soon followed from a penalty corner converted by Vicky Easton.
Hannah Williamson slotted home from close range and Aldridge made it 4-0 in the closing minutes.
Kirsty Horn snatched a 1-0 victory for Abingdon Ladies with just seconds left on the clock in their Division 2 clash with Reading 2nd at Tilsley Park.
Rover 3rd beat Phoenix Ranleagh 4-0 in Division 3 with goals from Helen Bleach (2), Jackie Stringer and Lucy Stainer.
Wychwood forced a 2-2 draw at Henley 3rd to stay op of Division 5. Carmen Hillier and Catherine Forteath netted for Wychwood.
