Oxfordshire travel to Wigston this weekend to take on the top-of-the-table Leicestershire in the Inter-County Championship.

Ray Pape makes his A team debut after good results in the B team, while Glyn Jones and Pete Newman return to the A team. Terry Dee plays his first game of the season for Oxon B.

The Ladies A team sees the return of Hazel Prowton, while making her debut in the Ladies B team is Beckie Lashbrook.

*Oxfordshire Youths lost their third match of the season, going down 5-4 at West Midlands.

The Under 18 boys won their first three games, with Matthew Brain recording an average of 20.59. West Midlands then took the next five games, Robert Blake taking the last game for the visitors.

The Under 21 girls lost 3-0 and the under 21 men went down 3-2 with wins from Craig Room and James Wiggins.

Outstanding player awards went to Matthew Brain, June Cross and James Wiggins (20.45).

*An open mixed pairs competition is being held at Cowley Community Centre on February 25 (7pm register). Entry is 5 per couple.
