Saxton Rovers, last season's champions, dented Division 1 leaders Long Wittenham's title hopes with a 3-2 victory.
Saxton's goals came from Craig O'Connor, Lee Kogel and Andrew Shaw, with Paul Jezzard and Alan Osbourne replying.
Greg Lester hit a hat-trick as Drayton destroyed neighbours Sutton Courtenay 5-0. Chris Padbury and Mark Lloyd completed their tally.
Bottom club Harwell Village gained a rare point in a 1-1 draw at Lambourn Sports.
Sean Beard netted for Harwell, with Adrian Mooney the Lambourn marksman.
The big game in Division 2 saw Marcham share the spoils in a 3-3 draw with Childrey United.
Marcham led three times, with Steve Lewis (2) and Dave Galliford netting, only for Childrey to equalise through Gary Hendrie, Mark Hendrie and Neil Barson.
Brian Loughlin had a field day with all five goals in Botley United's 5-0 demolition of Saxton Rovers Res.
Struggling Hanney United were also 5-0 winners with Stuart Eadie hitting a hat-trick in their destruction of Coleshill United.
Strikes by Mark Rowe and Alex Cook completed the rout.
Warborough crushed Steventon 6-2 with goals from Danny Parry (2), Adam Brooks (2), Ben Parry and Huw Mellor scoring.

In Division Four, Ardington & Lockinge defeated nearest rivals Kintbury Ranger Reserves 2 1 thanks to debutant Jamie Alexander's winning drive. Steventon Reserves climbed off the bottom with a 2 0 over fellow strugglers Hanney Reserves with Mark Stephens adding to an own goal. Sutton Courtenay Reserves took advantage of James Preston's dismissal at Grove Rangers Reserves to win 8 1, goals from Shane Matthews (3), Richard Chilvers (3), Rob Newman and Karl Hazell. Preston had earlier netted for Grove.
Division Five matches saw Challow Reserves move back into the promotion frame after a 5 2 win over Uffington Reserves. Robbie Carter (2), Terry Griffin, Bob Collins and Simon Grover scored for Challow, John Mildenhall netted twice for Uffington. East Hendred Reserves saw off the challenge of Faringdon Town 'A' by 3 1 thanks to strikes from Paul Kenny, Jason Fisher and Patrick Rush. Harwell International 'A' exacted revenge over Coleshill Reserves, winning 3 0 with Mark Porter (2) and Paul Spurrett scoring.
