Flooding under a railway bridge has become an election issue.
For months, residents on the new Ladygrove housing estates at Didcot have complained about the problems of walking under the Cow Lane Bridge without being splashed by vehicles.
The raised walkway at the junction of Cow Lane and Station Road is used by hundreds of people daily.
Pip Giaretta, who is a Labour candidate for a vacant town council seat, said: "Anyone walking under the bridge has to time their run to avoid being soaked by passing cars."
Mrs Giaretta is highlighting pedestrian concerns throughout the town, along with Labour's prospective parliamentary candidate Stephen Beer.
