Nissan's Terrano II leaves the turf and heads for some surf with the new-look limited edition Sport model.
Priced at either 18,950 for the three-door or 21,550 for the seven-seater five-door, there's the option of zero per cent finance over 24 months.
The prices are the same as the Terrano II SE on which the Sport is based, despite 600 worth of extra equipment.
The traditional look of the SE version has been vamped up with polished 16in alloys, a body-coloured grille and smoked headlights with built-in spotlights.
The Sport's lower body is painted in stone grey metallic paint that's darker than the colour used on the SE.
For the Sport's torso, there is a choice of metallic black or starburst silver and stainless steel tube side-steps.
The long wheelbase has darkened 'celebrity' glass for second and third-row passengers and on both body styles, the spare wheel cover is stamped with a large, red "OFF ROAD" logo.
Inside, tough cloth and black leather covers the seats including, on the long wheelbase version, the third row. A thick and leather-rimmed, four-spoke steering wheel with remote radio controls is borrowed from the Primera Sport+.
