Three first-half goals in 15 minutes from Lee Bastable and Robbie Carlisle (2) saw Quarry cruise to three Division 1 East points in muddy conditions.
Finchampstead replied with a goal from Hogsdon but further Quarry goals from Paul Kimber and Gary Bastable settled it.
