By Maggie Hartford Toddler exercise group Tumble Tots, which has branches in Oxford, Wantage, Bicester, Thame, Witney, Abingdon and Didcot, has been bought by Internet entrepreneur Richard Lim.
More than a million children worldwide have attended the exercise sessions, started in 1979 by former Olympic gymnastics coach Bill Cosgrave. Franchised Tumble Tots leaders now work all over the world, using equipment devised by him.
Mr Cosgrave, who lives in Wantage, remains technical director after selling the business in the 1980s to Singapore-based company MPH.
MPH has now sold Tumble Tots to Richard Lim, who runs the Avid Group, which sells CDs and videos through the Internet.
Tumble Tots will be part of his Sina group, based in Watford, Hertfordshire.
