Peter Pan and Wendy tiptoe on to the stage as final rehearsals take place for an annual pantomime.
As well as the traditional pantomime, the Drayton Players stage a play once a year and in July will be holding a medieval madness day with mock jousting and all the fun of the fair. The group was formed in 1966 and has been growing in strength every year, boasting more than 40 members, from four to 80.
Curtain on Peter Pan goes up on February 22 followed by performances on February 23 and 24 with a matinee on the Saturday. Tickets from Hazel Pardey on 01235 531317.
