The Boyz were crowned champions of the DC Wright Headington Ltd Invitation League played at Cowley Conservative Club despite losing their last game 4-2 to Cowley Conners.
Garry Smith was Boyz's star man with 141 dolls this season.
The Bird caused a major upset in the Blackbird Leys League with a 6-0 thrashing of leaders Exiles. Len Wing (13) and Dave Simms (12) both hit sixes as they won all three legs, 17-14, 20-16, 18-15.
In the Tavern Gladiators League, Exiles took a giant stride towards the title with a 4-2 win over Headington Beds, for whom Phil Adams (4-4-6) shone with 14 dolls.
With two games left, Exiles are now four points clear at the top.
Roger Dell (3-5-6) also clanged off 14 dolls in Pips' 6-0 slaying of Gladiators.
Ron Wade's 13 dolls for the Bull proved in vain as they went down 4-2 to Tiddington CC in the Greene King Winter League at New Club, Wheatley.
