A pre-School continues to improve and provides a stimulating atmosphere where the children are highly motivated, according to inspectors.
Stepping Stones, which is run five mornings and three afternoons each week at Didcot Baptist Church, is open to everyone in the community and caters for more than 50 youngsters aged three to five.
Inspectors from the Office for Standards in Education commented on the good teamwork by staff.
"Overall, progress towards early learning goals is good for three and four-year-old children," said the inspection team. "Personal, social and emotional development is extremely well nurtured in a lively and stimulating atmosphere."
The report said the children's communication and language skills were very good, as was the programme for understanding of the world.
Playleader Kathy Marshall said they had responded to a recommendation to provide a more balanced physical education programme with the help of a fitness instructor.
She said: "We are very encouraged by another good Ofsted report which also highlights the strong relationship with parents and carers who are very involved in the pre-school's activities."
