Witney Town suffered their biggest defeat of the season in the Dr Martens League Eastern Division at Marriotts Stadium last night.
Riley fired Newport into a seventh-minute lead and Leigh had a penalty brilliantly saved by Tom King before Gibbons headed the Islanders 2-0 ahead on the half hour.
Holbrooke captialised on a mistake by Dominic Dunton to put Newport further ahead before half-time.
Injuries to Darren McCluskey and Kevin Willetts added to Witney's woe and Collins hit No 4 after the break before Cole smashed home Newport's fifth.
