Print firm Nuffield Press has signed a union recognition agreement covering about 90 production workers at the company's site on the Ashville Trading Estate, Abingdon.
The company, under new management since last year, has recognised the Graphical Paper and Media Union (GPMU) for the purpose of collective bargaining after the workforce showed overwhelming support for the union.
GPMU Home Counties West branch secretary Tony Kingston said: "This is excellent news for our members and good news for Nuffield Press.
"This agreement is the culmination of 18 months of recruitment and organising, and we are looking forward to a new partnership."
Nuffield Press managing director Peter Kennerley said: "Our talks with the GPMU were constructive and positive and we look forward to the benefits of a good working relationship with them."
