Lowly Wantage threw away a 2-0 lead in the last 20 minutes to go down to North Leigh in Saturday's Cherry Red Records Hellenic League Premier Division encounter.
The home side had the dream start as Kevin Read scored in the first minute with a vicious dipping shot from 20 yards over the head of North Leigh keeper Kevin Alder.
And it became 2-0 soon after the interval when Frankie Dorrian pounced on a loose ball to score.
North Leigh were jolted into action and surged to victory with three goals in a 15-minute spell.
Substitute Mark Lewis scored in the 71st minute, and ten minutes later, Sean Bott got up from being fouled in the box to equalise from the penalty spot. Then striker Matty Ellis grabbed a late winner five minutes from time.
