Didcot's 11-month unbeaten run in the Cherry Red Records Hellenic League ended with a below-par 1-0 defeat at home to Tuffley.
In a game of few chances, Rovers' keeper Paul Green had to be alert to turn away Andy Marriott's firm header, before the visitors had a glorious chance to take the lead.
Jamie Heapy handled in the penalty area and Leon Stirling sent keeper Alex Deadman the wrong way from the spot, only for his low shot to cannoned away to safety off the post.
Ten minutes after the break, Tuffley broke the deadlock when Town failed to deal with a long ball down the middle and Kibble struck a low shot past Deadman.
Despite dominating possession, Didcot were unable to break down a resolute Tuffley defence even though they were reduced to ten men with a couple of minutes left when Roberts was red-carded for a late challenge on Heapy.
