Ali G and Tony Blair were booked to share the same platform during an arts festival for young people.
They were among the characters taken by pupils at Eynsham's Bartholomew School in a "balloon debate" similar to TV's The Weakest Link programme.
After short speeches, the vote was taken on whom to eject from the hot air balloon on stage.
The annual event, which last year raised £1,500, was this year in aid of the new accident and emergency ward for young people at the John Radcliffe Hospital, Oxford.
Last Wednesday, fundraising made use of Valentine's Day as pupils paid 50p each to deliver a kissogram.
Other funds came in from a non-uniform day, while the big event of the week was when five local groups staged a concert.
