Oxfordshire players starred at the Eastbourne International Festival.
Nigel Russell reached the last four out of a strong field of over 900 players in the singles, hitting 15 180s along the way. He then teamed up with Graham Manning in the pairs, where they reached the last eight from more than 450 entries.

There were also good performances from Karen Williams in the singles and mixed pairs, and Joe Palmer in the singles.
* The Oxfordshire Youth team play host to Bucks this Sunday at Cowley Community Centre (noon start).
* The Oxford County Darts Organisation are running a mixed pairs competition on February 25 at Cowley Community Centre (7pm registration, 7.30pm start, 100 for the winners, 5 entry fee). Details on 01869 350937.
* White Lion, Fewcott thrashed Macadown Club from Birmingham 5-0 to qualify for the semi-finals of the Debra Charity competition.
Their winners were Joe Palmer, 3-0 in 15, 19 and 12 darts for a 32.67 average, Steve Foster (3-1, ave 25.79), Andy Thomas (3-1, 24.49), Jimmy Allen (3-1, 30.34) and Kit Young (3-1, 27.94).
