East Hendred ended Crowmarsh's superb run in the Autotype UTV League Devenney Cup with a tricky 1-0 away victory to move into the semi-finals, writes Mick Day.
Crowmarsh, from Division 3B, had already eliminated Division 1 side Brightwell. But a first-half strike from Jason Fisher was enough to separate the sides.
Man-of-the-match was Crowmarsh goalkeeper Carl Fisher, who pulled off great saves from Neil Thimbleby, Barry and Jason Fisher and Robbie Barron in the first half, then from sub Ben Spiero after the break.
Chilton went through to meet either Ewelme or Milton United in the last four with a 3-0 win at Athletico Indaline. Their marksmen were Martin Parsons (2) and Lee Roberts.
In the final third-round game, Division 3 side Buckland sprang a surprise by beating Long Wittenham 2-1.
Nigel Cook gave visitors Wittenham an early lead, but Mark Podbury levelled at 1-1 after the break.
With five minutes left, a short-range volley from Ross MacDonald set up Buckland for a fourth-round tie at Exiles 2000.
The Bell Grove, without a league win this term, reached their first Ridgeway Cup semi-final with a 3-1 win over Exiles 2000 thanks to goals from Steve Davies (2) and Dave Archer. Phil Cox replied for Exiles.
In Division 1, Saxton Rovers improved their survival chances with a 2-0 win against Witney Elm Tree. Goals either side of the break from Jason Wright secured the win.
A magnificent double hat-trick from Kevin James ensured OUP Wanderers their biggest win of the season, an 8-2 Division 3A victory against Supersonic Sunday.
Alan Payne's strike and Brendan Lacy's own goal rounded off OUP's tally, while both Sonics goals came from Neil Smith.
