Council leaders have said there are no immediate plans to sell off an ice rink.
The rink in Oxpens Road, Oxford, which was built in the early 1980s, is on a property portfolio drawn up by city council officers.
Officers have drawn up a list of properties owned by the local authority which could raise revenue if they were sold.
Properties and land on the list are worth about £18m and also include The Bear pub in Alfred Street, Oz Bar in Market Street and Sainsbury's store at Heyford Hill.
The ice rink in Oxpens Road is badly in need of repair and is one of a number of facilities run by the council's leisure services department which could, in future, be run by a charity organisation on a not-for-profit basis.
Council officers said the disposal list was not final.
Council leader Corinna Redman said: "We need to closely examine our property portfolio in a variety of ways and consider the best way of managing our assets.
"We also need to know the ballpark figure of the cost of repairing some of these properties over the coming years."
Councillors at the council's strategy and resources committee asked officers to get further details.
The portfolio was considered as councillors pushed through a second round of budget cuts, totalling £3.7m.
