Three Taekwon-do exponents from an Oxford club struck gold at the Southern Open at Wells Leisure Centre, Somerset.
Michael Leahy, Jason Doorga and Clare Davies, members of the Oxford Global Taekwon-Do International Club, were crowned champions in their various sections.
Red belt Leahy came out on top in the heavyweight sparring and also took bronze in the pattern.
British champion Doorga, also a red belt, swept aside the opposition in the lightweight sparring and added a silver in the pattern.
Blue belt Davies completed Oxford's golden treble with victory in the junior heavyweight sparring.
Chris Williams also got among the medals with silver in the men's lightweight pattern and bronze in the sparring.
There was also a silver medal for yellow belt Sonya Haslam in the middleweight sparring.
Other members of the Oxford club in action at the open were Mantrit Malhotra, Patrick Edwards and Mark Thomas.
The club, which has been in existence for 17 years, trains at Oxford School on Mondays and Thursdays under the watchful eye of instructor Ted Hopwood, a seventh Dan.
*The English Taekwon-Do Championships are being held at the Blackbird Leys Leisure Centre, Oxford tomorrow.
