Chinnor will be without three influential players for their crunch South West 2 East league clash away to Chippenham tomorrow.
The winners of the clash between the two front-runners are almost certain to clinch the sole automatic promotion spot, with the losers staring at a promotion play-off with the second-placed club in South West 2 West.
Chinnor skipper James Davies is out injured, while they are also missing former Oxfordshire skipper Paul Hennessy and first-choice place-kicker Conor Begley.
Jon Brooks retains his place in the centre in Davies's continued absence, while Dave Cook is preferred on the wing to Australian Josh Jones, who won rave reviews at the start of the season.
Fly half Ben Thompson will be entrusted with the place-kicking duties.
Up front, John Brown switches to the No 8 position vacated by Hennessy, who is on school duties. Nick Marr gets the nod ahead of David Bailey to add physical presence to the back row.
Henley will be out for revenge when they entertain Otley in National League Division 1, having already lost twice to their Yorkshire opponents this season in the league as well as the Tetley's Bitter Cup.
Henley will be missing influential skipper Steve Barnes, who has suffered a nasty injury to his right eye, nose and cheekbone. The big back row man is likely to be out for several weeks.
There is one addition to the backs in the shape of Russell Osman. Osman, a regular first choice two seasons ago, has not figured much this season, having suffered a broken bone in his hand.
Banbury Bulls look to have an ideal opportunity to lay their away-day bogey in Midland 1 when they travel to bottom-of-the-table Burton.
However, the Bulls, without an away win in the league this season, are struggling with injuries.
With prop Lee Perkins and flanker Ed Cummings both injured, they switch hooker Henk Hattingh to prop to allow Simon Brown to come in at No 2, while Richard Hughes comes into the back row.
Duncan Ferguson takes over at full back, with Simon Purnell moving to the bench.
Oxford Harlequins entertain leaders Windsor in Southern Counties North. Lindsay Arand, John Newman, and Gareth D Jones are added to the squad.
THE eagerly-awaited clash between Henley 2nd and Chinnor in the quarter-finals of the David Charles Oxfordshire Cup will now be played at Dry Leas on Saturday, March 3 (3pm).
The original game between two of the competiton's favourites was postponed due to waterlogging.
