Brewer Greene King has named Stephen Page, who operates from the Abingdon depot, as area manager of the year.
Mr Page was presented with a trophy, a £500 cheque and champagne to celebrate the award.
He scooped the award after winning the area manager award for two quarters and sharing recognition for a third.
Sales manager Richard Moyse said the key element in making the award was "overall contribution to the team, not easy when you're covering a wide area and most of the time is spent on travel and visit."
Mr Page said: "Encouragement is essential, whether it's from the rest of the team, your sales manager or the support services, which is one of Greene King's strengths and forms part of an overall support package, particularly where prospective accounts are involved.
"Their assistance is vital in maintaining or gaining accounts. I'm just meeting up with Neil Flint, the company's technical services manager as his expertise is required at one of my main accounts, The Plough at Kingham, near Chipping Norton. We're looking into the feasibility of improving the bar."
