Neil Smith, Bicester's ageless fly half, scored 21 points in a near faultless display of kicking to help the side to a 41-13 victory away to Drifters.
Smith landed three out of four conversions, four penalties and a drop goal.
Playing with a new-look back division, Bicester, who led 21-8 at half-time, kept the ball among the front five for long periods, resulting in tries for hooker Martin Ewins and lock Justin Collins.
Stuart Cassidy, back at scrum half after injury, darted over for another Bicester try, and centre Stuart Loganthen finished off a sweeping move.
Winger Martin Nutt scored a hat-trick of tries as Chipping Norton won 34-10 at Bletchley. Mark Evans and Mark Dixon also went over for Chippy, who were level 7-7 at half-time. Aaron Tustin kicked a penalty and three conversions.
