Goalkeeper Vic Armstrong's heroics helped AFC Jericho pip Blackbird Leys 2-0 after extra time in the RT Harris Oxford City FA Premier Cup semi-final at Sandy Lane.
It was thanks mainly to Armstrong's saves that full time ended with the game still goalless.
Dean Josephs then broke the deadlock and Michael Lillis sealed victory with five minutes left.
Now Jericho will meet Cowley Workers in the final at Rover Cowley on Easter Saturday, April 14.
Workers, meanwhile, stayed on course for the double by thrashing North Oxford 9-1 in the Premier Division. Andrew Mazey (2), Arron Smith (2), Tyrone Brackett, Gary Trinder, James Ford, Michael Bateman and Brian Lovett made up Workers' tally, with Toby Webster providing North's lone consolation.
Martin McCaigue hit a hat-trick in Fairview's 4-3 win at home to Old Headington.
In Division 1, James Riley hit a hat-trick and Jeremy Hobbs bagged a brace as Oxford Community Church won 5-3 at Blackbird Leys Res.
Cavalier crushed Union Street 5-1 with goals from Ekai Txapartegi (2), Andy Butterfield, Chris Jakeman, and Mark Dean.
North Oxford Res let slip a two-goal half-time lead as they drew 2-2 with AFC Jericho Res.
Dave Barnhill headed in from close range and Kenny Godfrey converted a penalty, after Mark Whitehead was brought down, to put North in charge.
But Marvin Reid pulled one back for Jericho and substitute Ross Downs grabbed the equaliser.
Aston won 3-0 at home to East Oxford with goals from Pete Saunders (2) and Phil Dixon.
