Oracle climbed off the bottom of the Oxford League Division 1 table with a 3-0 win over fellow strugglers New Club.
Lee Stopps (+70) won the opening game for reigning champions Oracle, beating George Washington (+80) 150-102, and then Jack Woods (+80) overcame Justin Shepherd (+80) 150-132 to win the match.
In the final game Ted Milsom (+90) beat Andy Moss (+110) 150-147 to make it a clean sweep.
Newtrim won 2-1 against Thame, with David Baker (-40) beating Tom Fletcher (+70) 200-179 in the opener.
Arthur Jones (+100) levelled for Thame, beating Bob Chivers (-10) by the skin of his teeth 200-197. Simon Aries (-50) steered Newtrim home when he beat Kenny Eldridge (+80) 200-178.
Rileys A entertained Ashton and won a nail-biting match 2-1.
Roger Coenen (+70) won for Rileys, beating Nobby Noble (+110) by a single point 150-149 before Dave Morgan (+60) edged homed 200-196 against Terry Chambers (-10) to make it 2-0.
In the final game Tony Brayshaw (+50) got Ashton's valuable point when he beat Warner Page (+100) 150-137.
Second-placed CCC A beat HCC A 2-1 with wins by Ken Oliver (+50) over Geoff Barrett (+100) 150-133, and Brian Mabbutt (+10) over John Williams (+80) 200-178.
Earlier, Peter Brookes (+100) had beaten John Simpson (+10) 200-123 to put HCC A in the lead.
Crown House took on Eynsham and surprised themselves with a 2-1 win, after Len Palmer (+100) had lost the opening game to Geoff Watson (+110) 82-100.
Keith Pearce (+70) played superbly to beat Ken Leach (+110) 150-84.
In the decider, Dick Hashman (-50) made breaks of 35, 40 and 57 to run out a 200-162 winner over Mick McCluskey (+110).
Witney's 3-0 win over Rileys B, which took them back to the top of Division 2, was flattering, as Rileys came with only two players.
