The case of a man accused of unlawfully killing a father-of-four was adjourned.
Timothy Deasy, 26, formerly of Tangmere Close, Bicester, but now living in Churchill Crescent, Thame, was charged following the death of Ernest Berry.
Mr Berry, of Longlands, Stratton Audley, died after an incident outside the White Horse pub, Churchill Road, Bicester, on November 4.
Deasy also faces two other charges of assaulting Giulio Viglieno and Rachel Middlekoop the same evening. Deasy was released on bail. He will reapper at Bicester Magistrates' Court on March 27.
