Volkswagen has reintroduced a special edition of the Lupo, the SE, priced at 7,195 on the road.
The SE was introduced in spring last year for a limited period and proved so popular that it is back again, available to drivers buying before April 1.
It costs 245 less than the Lupo 1.0 E on which it is based, but it also gains 13in Votex 5 Star Softline alloy wheels with anti-theft wheel bolts and SE badge.
Standard equipment on all Lupos includes driver and front-seat passenger airbags, power-assisted steering, an electronic engine immobiliser, height-adjustable steering wheel and driver's seat height adjustment, Isofix preparation for two child seats, a split-fold rear seat, internally adjustable mirrors and a four-speaker radio/cassette with RDS function.
