Witney Town are lifted by the return of a trio of key players as they seek to halt a run of three successive defeats against Tonbridge Angels in the Dr Martens League Eastern Division at Marriotts Stadium tomorrow.

Midfielder Jason Caffel and central defender Darren McCluskey have both recovered from hamstring strains, while striker Andy Keveran is back in contention after three months out with knee injuries.

However, manager Brian Hughes confirmed that veteran defender Kevin Willetts's season is over due to damaged medial knee ligaments.

"He has done a good job for the season, but it is catching up on him to be honest," said Witney's boss.

Banbury United will be without midfielder Terry Muckleberg (suspension) and striker Steve Jenkins (foot injury) for their trip to Rothwell in the Eastern Division.

Player-manager Kevin Brock, who missed seeing his in-form side hammer St Leonards 4-1 last week due to flu, has recovered and names himself in the squad along with Nick McCrae.

Banbury's boss said: "We've had a good run of late, and we've dragged ourselves clear of the bottom. We've got ourselves in a good position to avoid relegation, but we're not safe.

"We've got 15 games left and I reckon we need another nine points from them."
